Terms and Conditions on special orders

Dear customers, Marella management have the following terms and conditions for special order arrangements. We believe these will help Marella to serve you better and also enhance our warehousing situations;

1. Deposit of 50% is required on all special orders
2. Flexibilities of paper templates would impact the true measurement of the stone, please be advised there would be up to 5% of accuracy variations. Also bear in mind landscape materials are for outdoors only, please do not measure to the millimetre.
3. Whilst we strive to achieve the best outcome on special orders, somehow in the process of transport and site handling, would damage, crack or overlooked at QC point of the paver/coper, Marella Granite & Marble would only be liable for replacement of the material, and will need up to 8 weeks for the replacement, should Marella Granite & Marble replace the pavers.
4. Marella Granite & Marble would store your special order at our warehouse up to six weeks after arriving, a rental charge of space $20/crate/week if longer than six weeks.
